We list a city when we can actually judge agents in it, which means closed sales we can look at in that city, in your price range, on your side of town. That is why this is a Michigan list and not a national one. It grows as our closed data grows, not as our ad budget does.

Questions people ask
Is this really free?
Yes. Buyers and sellers never pay us anything. When a deal closes, the agent pays a standard referral fee out of their own commission. Your agreement with your agent is exactly the same as if you had found them yourself.
Do I have to work with the agent you match?
No. The match is an introduction, not a contract. If the fit is wrong, tell us and we will introduce someone else, or you can simply walk away.
Are you a real estate brokerage?
The matching service is operated by Top Agent Realty, a licensed Michigan brokerage headquartered in Troy. That license is what allows us to make agent to agent referrals properly.
How do you pick the agents?
On closed results in your area and price range. We never sell placement, and no agent can pay to appear in a match.
