  2. We match on closed results

    We look at what agents have actually closed near you: the streets they work, the price band they win in, and how their sales hold up against asking price. Nobody can pay us to be recommended.

  3. Interview and decide

    We introduce you, usually the same day. Talk to the agent, ask hard questions, and only move forward if you are convinced. Walking away costs nothing.

What we will never do

Agent matching sites usually sell the top spot. We do not. No agent can pay to be recommended, we never invent statistics, and we would rather tell you we have no strong match in your area than hand you to whoever paid last month. The referral fee is only earned when your deal closes, so our incentive is your closing, not your click.

Is this really free?

Yes. Buyers and sellers never pay us anything. When a deal closes, the agent pays a standard referral fee out of their own commission. Your agreement with your agent is exactly the same as if you had found them yourself.

Do I have to work with the agent you match?

No. The match is an introduction, not a contract. If the fit is wrong, tell us and we will introduce someone else, or you can simply walk away.

Are you a real estate brokerage?

The matching service is operated by Top Agent Realty, a licensed Michigan brokerage headquartered in Troy. That license is what allows us to make agent to agent referrals properly.

How do you pick the agents?

On closed results in your area and price range. We never sell placement, and no agent can pay to appear in a match.
